Job Description

Lead enterprise IT programs and asset management initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous service improvement.
This role is for an experienced IT professional to lead and manage complex IT programs, focusing on enterprise-level IT asset management, system implementation, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for strategic planning, leadership, and driving continuous improvement across IT services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee comprehensive IT programs, integrating schedules and deliverables to achieve strategic goals. * Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) areas, including automation, inventory, data, reporting, and system administration. * Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with enterprise priorities. * Analyze data from various sources to derive insights and drive continuous service improvement. * Design and implement custom strategies and workflows for complex enterprise data sets, supporting modeling and research. **Required Qualifications:** * **IT Experience:** Demonstrated IT-related experience with proficiency in: * **IT Program Management:** Managing IT programs, projects, and related activities. * **Planning & Evaluating:** Setting objectives, coordinating efforts, and monitoring outcomes. * **Leadership:** Inspiring, motivating, coaching teams, and adapting leadership styles. * **Technology Awareness:** Knowledge of emerging IT trends and their application to business. * **Communications:** Building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. * **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, including: * Enterprise-level system implementation, production operations, and service management. * Direct management of IT projects and overarching asset management. * Examining data for insights to improve services. * Designing and implementing strategies for enterprise-scale data sets. * **For Current Federal Employees:** Must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at GS-13 for a GS-14 position).
