Lead major healthcare IT software development programs ($100M+ budgets), applying Agile principles and extensive acquisition/contracting expertise.
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead and manage complex, large-scale healthcare IT software development programs. This role requires demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and extensive acquisition/contracting. **Key Responsibilities & Experience:** * Lead or manage major complex, multi-year healthcare IT software development programs with budgets exceeding $100 Million. * Apply Agile principles effectively throughout program execution. * Possess extensive acquisition and contracting experience. * Demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-14 level. **Required IT Competencies:** Candidates must demonstrate IT-related experience across these five core competencies: * **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious in all work. * **Customer Service:** Assess needs, provide solutions, and ensure quality service delivery. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively convey information and make clear, convincing presentations. * **Problem Solving:** Identify issues, evaluate information, and develop sound recommendations. **Additional Requirements:** * **Federal Applicants:** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-14 level by the closing date (August 6, 2025). SF-50 required. * **Experience Consideration:** All IT-related experience, including paid, unpaid, volunteer work, and certifications, is valued. Full-time work is considered 35-40 hours/week; part-time experience will be credited proportionally.
