Job Description

Lead and manage complex intelligence programs, conducting all-source analysis and briefing senior leadership on critical insights.
This pivotal role involves administering, directing, and overseeing complex intelligence programs, providing critical insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership. You will manage resource allocation, program oversight, and guide the development of essential intelligence data and estimates. Key responsibilities include extensive research and analysis of all-source information, synthesizing raw intelligence, and representing the agency in various inter- or intra-agency task forces and working groups. Briefing senior leaders is a core function. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer program direction, resource allocation, and comprehensive oversight for intelligence unit operations. * Direct and manage diversified, complex intelligence programs. * Oversee the development of intelligence data, estimates, statistics, and critical information for higher-level managers. * Conduct in-depth research and analysis of all-source information and intelligence; synthesize raw intelligence reporting. * Represent the organization on inter- or intra-agency task forces, committees, and working groups; provide concise briefings to senior leadership. **Required Qualifications:** * **Specialized Experience (GS-14):** One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal government, performing duties as outlined above. * **Selective Placement Factor:** Completion of one or more formal, accredited United States Government Intelligence Community training programs in All-Source Intelligence, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), or Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).
