Job Description
Seeking a Human Capital Program Specialist (GS-15) to lead Worklife Services, develop employee programs, and provide expert HR consultation.
This is a temporary Human Capital Program Specialist (GS-15) position, initially for up to one year, with potential extensions up to five years. There is an opportunity for conversion to a permanent role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement Human Capital Worklife Service and Employee Programs, specializing in at least two of the following: Employee Assistance, Workers' Compensation, New Employee Onboarding, Employee Hardship Transfers, Health & Wellness initiatives, and Exit Clearance.
* Oversee HR Specialists in designing and executing operational processes for Worklife Services and Employee programs.
* Establish strategic short-term and long-term goals aligned with organizational objectives.
* Provide expert Human Resources consultation to senior leadership and staff on integrated Worklife Services and Employee programs.
**Required Qualifications (GS-15):**
* One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level (or equivalent) in the federal government.
* Experience must demonstrate proficiency in the core duties listed above.
