This role focuses on shaping public perception, managing complex projects, and executing high-impact integrated campaigns for a leading technology company in the financial services sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide expert communications counsel to executives and various business, marketing, and brand partners. * Lead and integrate communication programs, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. * Manage national business media relationships and engage effectively with executive stakeholders. * Develop and execute proactive and reactive communications strategies, navigating key industry issues. * Drive data and insights-led storytelling initiatives, including thought leadership. * Leverage measurement and analytics to demonstrate communications impact on business outcomes and brand awareness. **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or military experience. * At least 7 years of experience in financial services communications or an agency role serving financial services clients. **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 8 years of experience in communications for a national brand or financial services company. * At least 8 years of media relations, reputation/crisis management PR, and content strategy/development experience. * Experience working within a Fortune 500 company. **Salary Range (Annual Full-Time):** * McLean, VA: $154,600 - $176,400 * New York, NY: $168,700 - $192,500 * Richmond, VA: $140,600 - $160,400 This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
