Senior Manager, Project Management: Marketing Delivery & Analytics
Join the Premium Products and Experiences (PPX) business to lead the Marketing Delivery and Transformation Team. This role involves overseeing the efficient delivery of approximately 400 marketing projects annually, primarily across email and in-app channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the prioritization and execution of PPX marketing projects.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Operations to ensure projects are staffed, delivered on-time, and error-free.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on project backlogs, work-in-progress, and delivery success rates.
* Create and manage marketing delivery process documentation and training materials.
* Handle prioritization escalations and advise on surge staffing for special projects.
* Provide feedback for process design and optimization to Enterprise Operations.
* Advocate for PPX business needs in discussions concerning marketing operations and technology adoption.
* Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget, managing associated risks.
* Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic business outcomes.
* Utilize data systematically to identify opportunities, track performance, and inform decisions.
* Drive transformational improvements in operations and customer experience.

**Basic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
* At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
* At least 1 year of People Management experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master’s or MBA degree.
* 10+ years of Project Management experience.
* 3+ years of People Management experience.
* PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
