## Senior Associate, User Experience Research Operations
Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team as a Senior Associate, driving efficiency and impact through strategic planning and hands-on execution. This role is crucial in transforming our capabilities and maturing our practices to enable high-quality, accessible design and research insights at scale.
### What You'll Do:
* **Process Optimization:** Manage systems and logistics for research projects, creating and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
* **Research Governance:** Ensure compliance across Research and Design projects, upholding high standards in ethics, privacy, and data protection.
* **Knowledge Management:** Build and maintain a robust library of research practices, resources, and templates for consistency.
* **Research Advocacy:** Introduce innovative ways to promote and evangelize research across the organization.
* **Project Management:** Collaborate with Research and Design teams to understand needs and manage project systems and logistics effectively.
### Required Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in UX or Research Operations, project management, or process improvement.
* Direct experience working with Research or Design teams.
### Preferred Qualifications:
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
* Systems thinking with a track record for establishing scalable practices for Design and Research teams.
* Strategic acumen and foresight to anticipate complex cross-functional challenges.
* Strong project management experience with a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with research tools, vendors, and panel management.
* 2+ years of experience managing risk within highly regulated research environments.
* 2+ years experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and data visualization tools (e.g., Confluence).
