Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team as a Senior Associate, focusing on elevating capabilities and maturing practices. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, empowering researchers and designers to focus on high-impact work by building systems and practices for scalable, high-quality insights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Process Optimization & Enablement:** Manage systems and logistics for multiple research projects; create and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.
* **Research Governance & Compliance:** Ensure compliance across Research and Design projects, upholding high standards in ethics, privacy, and data protection.
* **Knowledge Management:** Build upon a library of research practices, resources, and templates to enable consistency.
* **Research Advocacy:** Introduce new ways to evangelize research insights across the organization.
* **Project Management:** Collaborate with Research and Design to understand needs and manage logistics for various research projects.
**Qualifications:**
* **Required:**
* At least 2 years of experience in UX, Research Operations, project management, or process improvement roles.
* Direct experience working with Research or Design teams.
* **Preferred:**
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong systems thinking with a track record for establishing high-quality practices for scaling Design and Research teams.
* Strategic acumen and foresight to anticipate and solve complex cross-functional problems.
* Strong project management experience with a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with research tools, vendors, or panel management.
* 2+ years of experience managing risk within highly regulated research environments.
* 2+ years experience with project management tools such as Jira and data visualization tools like Confluence.
