Search Engine Marketing Operations - Senior Associate

Join our team as a Senior Associate, SEM Operations, managing paid search marketing campaigns for U.S. Card. You will be instrumental in executing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing initiatives across Google, Bing, and other key platforms. This role requires a self-starter with a strong understanding of performance marketing and a passion for driving online customer acquisition.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage end-to-end paid search campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Launch new campaigns, conduct A/B testing (ad copy, landing page, audience), and implement process improvements.
• Monitor SEM trends, generate insights, and identify opportunities for continuous campaign optimization and budget control.
• Coordinate extensively with internal teams (Compliance, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Technology) to ensure seamless strategy execution.
• Stay current with Paid Search updates and best practices across relevant platforms.
• *Qualifications:**
• *Basic:**
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 2+ years in Paid Search Engine Marketing.
• 1+ year planning and implementing SEM strategies using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• 1+ year analyzing campaign performance.
• 1+ year in project management.
• Proficiency with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets and performance marketing metrics.
