Rink Supervisor (Must Be Able To Skate)

As a Recreation Supervisor, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations and administrative management for the center. This role involves direct supervision of staff and ensuring efficient unit function.

• Assist the General Manager with overall unit management and strategic direction.
• Plan and manage daily operational activities of the facility.
• Provide direct supervision to all non-exempt and marina professional staff.
• Execute essential opening and/or closing management procedures.
• Contribute to comprehensive administrative management functions.
