Reality Capture Manager, Virtual Construction

HITT Contracting is actively seeking a Reality Capture Manager to enhance our Virtual Construction team. This critical role involves leading the enterprise-wide growth, standardization, and implementation of reality capture technologies and workflows.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Drive the adoption and integration of reality capture methodologies (e.g., 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry) across projects.
• Develop and enforce best practices and standards for data acquisition, processing, and management.
• Evaluate and recommend new reality capture hardware and software solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and training to project teams on reality capture applications.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of reality capture data into construction workflows.
• Contribute to building trust and delivering extraordinary experiences for clients, partners, and subcontractors.
