Marketing Assistant, Luxury Real Estate Team
Join a top-producing luxury real estate team as a Marketing Assistant, playing a pivotal role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life. We seek a creative, organized, and proactive individual passionate about high-quality content and brand elevation.
Location & Work Environment:
- Remote (Work from Home) in Arlington, VA: This role requires you to reside in or within a 45-minute commute of Arlington, VA (22203).
- On-site Presence: Occasional property visits, local errands, and event attendance are regularly required.
- Requirements: Dedicated distraction-free workspace, daily access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with occasional flexibility needed for evening/weekend events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the marketing calendar and manage end-to-end marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and create engaging content.
- Design and produce print, digital, and email marketing materials, including postcards, brochures, market reports, and website updates.
- Create compelling content, write copy, and design marketing assets that align with our luxury brand.
- Plan and execute client appreciation events, community gatherings, and coordinate closing gifts.
- Manage CRM, organize inboxes/calendars, and support lead follow-up.
- Handle occasional local errands, attend staging, photography, or inspection appointments, and deliver marketing materials.
- Utilize AI and other tools to enhance efficiency, refine work, and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in real estate or luxury/service-based industries.
- Strong writing, copywriting, and content creation skills with an eye for design.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in the real estate industry and a passion for creating "wow" content.
- Preferred: Real estate marketing experience and an active VA real estate license.
- Note: This role is not a stepping stone into sales.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience.
- Bonus: Based on team production goals.
