Program Manager (Safety Risk Management) - Sme (Open To Both U.S. Citizens And Federal Employees)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage critical risk management projects and programs. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead diverse teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead comprehensive risk management projects, delivering results and reports to key stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed data analysis for risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead inter-disciplinary, inter-office, or inter-agency teams and complex projects.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Experience:**

* Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a senior-level (e.g., GS-13) position, demonstrating advanced project and risk management capabilities. * Proven experience leading risk management initiatives and reporting findings to stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis for risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. * Strong background in leading diverse teams across various organizational units.

* **Leadership:** Ability to influence, motivate, and adapt leadership styles effectively. * **Risk Management:** In-depth knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation principles, methods, and tools. * **Project Management:** Expertise in developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, and managing projects and resources. * **Problem Solving:** Strong aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing information, and generating effective solutions. * **Communication:** Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including making clear presentations and drafting concise, organized documents.
