Program Analyst (Sso) - Sme (Open To Both U.S. Citizens And Federal Employees )

• Implement and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.

• Apply safety principles to identify, control, and mitigate hazards in facilities, equipment, and operations.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
• Proven experience in implementing and providing guidance on regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of compliance procedures for Federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Expertise in safety concepts to identify, control, and eliminate hazards.
• Exceptional written communication skills for clear and convincing documentation.
