Program Analyst

Join our team as a Program Analyst (GS-11/12/13) to enhance program effectiveness, policy improvement, and project management. Your grade level will be determined by qualifications, requiring specialized experience equivalent to the next lower GS level.

• *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications by Grade Level:**
• *GS-11:**
• Assess and improve program/project effectiveness using qualitative/quantitative methods.
• Evaluate and enhance enterprise policies and procedures.
• Provide essential administrative and management support.
• **Qualification Options:** One year of specialized experience (GS-09 equivalent) or a Ph.D./equivalent doctoral degree (or 3+ years graduate education), or a combination of both.
• *GS-12:**
• Identify deficiencies and establish standards for enterprise program development/implementation.
• Analyze and measure program accomplishments.
• Communicate complex policies and initiatives effectively (written and oral).
• Conduct complicated projects and studies.
• **Qualification Options:** One year of specialized experience (GS-11 equivalent).
• *GS-13:**
• Provide expert guidance in identifying deficiencies and setting program development standards.
• Deploy and manage agency websites for information and compliance.
• Lead and guide team members on workload assignments.
• Possess expert knowledge in planning, designing, testing, and deploying agency forms.
• **Qualification Options:** One year of specialized experience (GS-12 equivalent).
• *General:** All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, is considered.
