Principal Associate, User Experience Research Operations

Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team as a Principal Associate, transforming capabilities to enable high-quality, accessible design and research insights at scale. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, empowering researchers and designers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead process optimization and efficiency improvements for research operations. * Champion research governance, ethics, privacy, and data protection standards. * Define and build a comprehensive knowledge library of research practices and resources. * Advocate for research across the organization and contribute to communities of practice. * Manage systems and logistics for multiple research and design projects. **Basic Qualifications:** * 4+ years of experience in UX/Research Operations, project management, or process improvement. * Experience working directly with Research or Design teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. * Proven systems thinking for establishing scalable Design and Research practices. * Strategic acumen to anticipate and solve complex cross-functional problems. * Commitment to continuous improvement and project management excellence. * Experience with research tools, vendors, and managing risk in regulated environments. * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and data visualization tools (e.g., Confluence).
