We are seeking a client-centric Marketing Associate passionate about digital media and educational content. This role involves collaborating across teams to simplify complex financial topics for our audience, requiring a creative mindset and strong project management skills.

### Key Responsibilities:

• *Marketing Strategy & Management**
• Develop, execute, and refine marketing strategies aligned with firm goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
• Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to understand target audience needs.
• Manage and execute the VLP marketing calendar.
• Oversee Google Ads search campaigns to drive website traffic.
• *Online Presence & Content**
• Lead outlining and recording for bi-monthly podcast content.
• Manage paid YouTube ads and promote video content.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of short-form video content.
• Schedule and track social media post performance using Sprout Social.
• Enhance and maintain the firm's website and social media presence.
• Collaborate with compliance for all content approvals.
• Execute social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure regular website updates for current and user-friendly content.
• *Branding & Events**
• Organize and plan quarterly client sporting events (e.g., Golf, Pickleball, Tennis).
• Plan and execute the annual VLP Golf Clinic.
• Organize the annual VLP Happy Hour Series for clients and team.
• Safeguard and reinforce the firm's brand identity across all materials.
• Assist advisors with compliance submissions for educational events.
• Plan marketing events and document them with photos and videos.
• *Data Tracking & Reporting**
• Manage marketing content distribution through FMG Suite and Marketing Central.
• Update quarterly marketing reports to track efforts and results.
• Coordinate the release of 1-2 monthly articles based on brand topics and SEO research.
• Track lead source data.
• Report quarterly on website performance via Google Analytics.
• *Public Relations & Meetings**
• Manage creation and distribution of bi-monthly and quarterly VLP Newsletters.
• Coordinate PR and outreach initiatives, including media releases and announcements.
• Measure and report marketing campaign performance.
• Lead bi-monthly department meetings to discuss marketing strategies.

### Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or advertising experience.
• Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM platforms, and various marketing platforms.
• Experience interacting directly with vendors.

### Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing, communications, or advertising experience.
• Professional certification (e.g., Professional Certified Marketer).
• Established media contacts.
• Experience with relevant markets and trends.
• Experience in content development and/or website design.

### Compensation & Benefits:

• **Base Salary:** $60,000 - $70,000

### Work Environment:

• Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
