## Manager, Retail Bank Product Communications
We are seeking a strategic Communications Manager to drive comprehensive internal and external communication strategies for our Retail Bank Products business. This role is crucial for connecting leadership with associates, promoting engagement, and achieving bold business objectives.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute communication strategies to build the Head of Retail Bank Product’s brand and bring team narratives to life.
* Curate engaging experiences, including leadership gatherings, all-employee meetings, and digital/video storytelling.
* Serve as a strategic partner to executive communicators, planning effective and inspiring internal communications.
* Lead change management communications in support of business initiatives.
* Draft leader talking points and review presentations.
* Provide expert counsel on business strategy, leadership profiling, and issue management.
* Evaluate communication performance using metrics and feedback, recommending strategic refinements.
* Partner with and influence internal stakeholders in the best interests of the business and its employees.

### Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
* 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies to drive organizational change.
* 5+ years of experience partnering with C-suite executives on communications supporting organizational objectives.
* 5+ years of experience in oral and written communications.
* 5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects.
* 5+ years of experience managing communication channels to facilitate organizational change and feedback loops.
### Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Writing, or Public Relations.
* 2+ years of experience in financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
