## Manager, Card Executive Communications (Hybrid)
**Location:** McLean, Virginia
**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced communications leader to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for a senior Card executive. This role drives the leader's vision, shapes organizational strategy, and cultivates a strong team culture through impactful internal communications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the leader's internal brand and bring organizational narratives to life.
* Curate engaging experiences, including leadership gatherings, all-employee meetings, and digital storytelling.
* Serve as a strategic partner to other executive communicators and chiefs of staff for effective internal messaging.
* Lead change management communications supporting business initiatives.
* Draft leader talking points and review presentations.
* Provide expert counsel on business strategy, leadership profiles, issue management, and corporate initiatives.
* Evaluate communication performance using metrics and recommend strategic refinements.
* Partner with and influence internal stakeholders to achieve business and employee objectives.

**Basic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
* At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing integrated communication strategies to drive organizational change.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Strong business acumen and executive presence, with a history of cultivating trusting relationships with executive leaders.
* Experience leveraging data to create and execute communications strategies, plans, programs, and events.
