Management And Program Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex data management projects, analyze results, and drive operational improvements through data-driven insights. This role requires specialized experience equivalent to a Federal GS-12 level.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage complex data projects, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Interpret diverse datasets, analyze results, and identify key trends.
• Develop and implement new methodologies to measure and enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
• Prepare and present compelling, data-driven recommendations to management.
• Design, produce, and maintain critical data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for program reviews and decision-making.

All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
