Management And Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with at least one year of specialized experience in strategic operations and management, equivalent to a senior federal role (GS-13) in the private or public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Title 10 operational responsibilities.
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of headquarters staff organizations (e.g., Service, Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, Fleets).
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and enhance complex management and learning processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, charts, spreadsheets, and graphs to support high-level briefings.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Joint Staff, Military Services, and Unified Combatant Commanders to achieve organizational objectives.
