Knowledge Management & Web Development Expert

This role supports NGA’s web presence, delivering Knowledge Management (KM) expertise and enhancing business processes. You will design, implement, and lead activities related to business process modernization, develop Information Assurance (IA) tools, and manage website content. **Travel Required:** Up to 25% **Security Clearance:** Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide Knowledge Management (KM) expertise and support NGA's web presence. * Design and implement business process modernization and improvements. * Lead KM requirements and develop Information Assurance (IA) tools. * Conduct business process reviews, software testing, and website content management. * Collaborate to enhance user interface features and integrate new KM tools. **Required Qualifications:** * Active and maintained Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance. * Bachelor's Degree OR four (4) years of additional relevant professional experience. * Ten (10) years of directly relevant professional experience. * Proven ability to apply Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence, or Process Improvement methodologies. * Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading technical teams. * Proficiency with web technologies including browsers, ColdFusion, ASP, HTML, object-oriented programming, graphics software, and Content Management Systems (CMS). * Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. **Desired Qualifications:** * Active TS/SCI Federal clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph. * Experience in backend web development. * Understanding of technology requirements for international affairs and IC coordination. * Experience with Imagery Disclosure Tool (IDT), Request Action Tracker (RAT), or custom SharePoint workflows. * Proficiency in Java (front-end/back-end), Azure, AngularJS, and Angular 2. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
