IT Specialist (Sysadmin/Infosec)

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC) with a focus on enterprise storage, backup, and archive systems. This role involves providing expert-level support, guidance, and diagnostics for critical data infrastructure.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Provide authoritative technical advice on SAN (Storage Area Network), Backup, and Archive technologies, including storage arrays, switches (iSCSI/fiber), replication, software, and tape solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hardware and software across SAN, Backup, Archive, and NAS environments to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform advanced diagnostic techniques to analyze and resolve system, storage, and network hardware/software problems.
• Offer technical assistance and support to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and third-party providers.
• *Requirements:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-11 federal level, or comparable experience in the private sector.
• Demonstrated expertise with SAN, Backup, and Archive systems, including related software and hardware (e.g., storage arrays, replication, monitoring tools).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex IT infrastructure issues.
• Ability to integrate and manage enterprise data access solutions.
