Seeking a senior IT professional to lead complex systems engineering, performance testing, and strategic IT architecture initiatives.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to manage and optimize complex IT systems and infrastructure. This senior-level role requires in-depth expertise in systems engineering, performance testing, and strategic IT architecture, ensuring the development and deployment of robust and scalable solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems. * Develop and execute comprehensive systems test and evaluation procedures. * Conduct in-depth data analysis, IT capacity monitoring, and forecasting. * Manage IT projects through their entire lifecycle, from conception to deployment. * Formulate and implement IT strategies consistent with organizational goals and enterprise architecture. * Communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences. **Required Qualifications:** * **General IT Experience:** Demonstrated IT experience, encompassing proficiency in: * **Analytical Reasoning:** Dissecting problems, evaluating alternatives, and developing logical solutions with attention to detail. * **Strategic Thinking:** Formulating effective strategies, setting priorities, and anticipating threats/opportunities with a long-term perspective. * **Systems Testing & Evaluation:** Applying principles and tools for IT systems testing, evaluation, and identifying operational issues. * **Oral Communication:** Delivering clear, convincing presentations and listening effectively to diverse audiences. * **Specialized Experience:** One year of advanced experience (equivalent to a senior level) including: * In-depth knowledge of systems engineering, performance testing, and IT architecture within complex environments. * Skill in developing IT policies aligned with performance objectives. * Proficiency in IT capacity monitoring, data analysis, and forecasting. * Proven ability to manage IT projects through all phases, from initial conception to successful deployment. * Familiarity with IT infrastructure, organizational policies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
