## IT Software Product Manager (GS-13 Equivalent) We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage the full lifecycle of complex software products. This role focuses on leading product development, ensuring successful delivery, and managing project essentials. ### Key Responsibilities: * Manage IT software products of varying sizes and technical complexities. * Lead the delivery and release of new software functionality. * Identify and prioritize critical business functions and requirements. * Provide expert advice on design concepts for software solutions. * Oversee project budgets and mitigate associated risks. ### Required Qualifications: * **Specialized Experience:** A minimum of one year of specialized IT experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. This experience must include managing IT software products throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), delivering functionality, identifying requirements, advising on design, and managing budgets/risks. * **Core IT Competencies:** Demonstrated proficiency in: * Attention to Detail * Customer Service * Oral Communication * Problem Solving * **Federal Applicants:** Must meet Time-in-Grade requirements (52 weeks at GS-12).
