IT Specialist sought to analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot VistA and enterprise applications, ensuring system functionality and customer support.
Join our team as an IT Specialist, focusing on VistA and enterprise application support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform sustainment maintenance, patch review, and release processes for VistA and enterprise applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for medical center customers. * Analyze existing VistA or enterprise applications to identify problem areas and new requirements. * Test programs to ensure systems meet business expectations. * Solve operational problems efficiently. **Required Qualifications:** * **Experience:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. * Demonstrated experience with VistA and enterprise application software functionality, sustainment, maintenance, patch review, release processes, and trouble ticket troubleshooting. * Experience analyzing, isolating problems, and testing these systems. * General IT-related experience showcasing the following competencies. * **Core Competencies:** * Attention to Detail * Customer Service * Oral Communication * Problem Solving **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with Windows networking and TCP/IP networking. **Federal Employees:** * Current federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements: 52 weeks at GS-12 for a GS-13 position.
