LVI is partnering with a leading general contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and multifamily renovations and new construction in Washington, DC.

We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee high-profile projects. The current focus includes a significant high-rise renovation, transforming an obsolete office building into modern housing.

• Manage all phases of large commercial and multifamily renovation projects.
• Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Oversee adaptive reuse and new construction initiatives.
