Summary
Seeking an Attorney with expertise in federal securities law for legal analysis, investigations, and document preparation.
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to provide expert legal counsel, analysis, and document preparation, with a strong focus on federal securities law and market regulations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and analyze complex legal issues.
- Provide sound legal solutions and recommendations.
- Draft various legal documents, including contracts, dispositions, pleadings, and motions.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Federal securities laws, Commission rules, and regulations.
- Conduct investigations and manage civil or administrative proceedings.
- Utilize comprehensive understanding of the securities market.
- *Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
- Active membership of the bar, in good standing, in any U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
- One year of specialized legal experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level, demonstrating expertise in the responsibilities listed above, specifically within Federal securities law and market operations.
