Join our team as a Marketing Program Specialist, executing impactful marketing initiatives to support business growth and revenue goals. This role involves comprehensive program management, content development, and event support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute enterprise or practice marketing programs. * Strategize and implement marketing efforts across channels, including social media, with writing and editing content. * Collect, track, and report marketing program ROI. * Manage content updates for internal and external websites. * Oversee third-party vendor relationships as needed. * Support the planning and execution of industry conferences and client events. **Required Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2025, graduating by Summer 2026. * Authorized to work in the country; sponsorship is not available. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. * Previous experience in consulting firms or public sector marketing. * Outstanding writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills. * Demonstrated project management and strong organizational skills. * Ability to analyze metrics data to inform decisions and report ROI. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Sitecore, Sprout Social, Dynamics CRM, or LinkedIn. * Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Annual Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000. * Comprehensive total rewards package with competitive compensation and flexible benefits.
