## Contract UX/Interaction Designer (Hybrid) Join our team as a contract UX/Interaction Designer, instrumental in crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This hybrid role in Merrifield, VA, focuses on developing UI/UX solutions and interaction models across various products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop user-centered UI/UX solutions and interaction models for digital initiatives. * Lead UX design projects from planning through implementation. * Create and test prototypes to validate design objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define robust solutions. * Apply Design Thinking methodologies appropriate for product, channel, and audience. * Proactively identify and resolve user experience and design issues. * Contribute to designing engaging conversational flows for AI-powered interfaces (e.g., chatbots, voice assistants). **Required Qualifications:** * Strong background in design fundamentals, interaction design, and visual design standards. * Expertise in user-centered design processes and best practices. * Proficiency in translating requirements into executable design solutions. * Working knowledge of best practices for web and mobile-based content. * Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and ensure successful implementation. * Excellent verbal and written communication with strong cross-group collaboration skills. * Experience in business process analysis. * Proficiency in usability testing and user research. * Familiarity with conversation design tools. * A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, ideally including conversational UI/UX, is highly valued.
