Senior Web Developer

## Senior Web Developer Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking a Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and implement well-integrated, cost-effective web solutions for critical government IT initiatives within the National Capital Region (NCR). This full-time, onsite role involves supporting an engineering effort focused on planning, designing, testing, building, implementing, deploying, and transitioning IT solutions while ensuring seamless transitions to leading-edge, secure systems. ### Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with client project managers and technical leads to understand business objectives and system requirements. * Design and develop robust web infrastructures. * Implement intranet strategies for secure user authorization and access to controlled components. * Design performant relational databases for decision support. * Coordinate enhancements and maintenance for web systems and sites. * Provide recommendations on server operating systems, hardware, and encryption standards for secure communications. * Offer technical expertise and advice to Webmasters and other Web developers regarding software installation, testing, and evaluation. * May serve as a functional or technical team/task lead. ### Required Qualifications: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of eight (8) years of overall experience, including at least: * Two (2) years in a technical leadership role. * Four (4) years in software development, installation, and modification within an online environment. * **Certifications:** CompTIA Security+ (or higher). * **Security Clearance:** Active DoD SECRET security clearance is required. * **Location:** Onsite support within government facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR).
