## Part-Time Marketing Specialist (Growth to Full-Time Potential) **Company:** NOVA ROOFTEK **Location:** McLean, VA (Hybrid Remote) **About NOVA ROOFTEK:** NOVA ROOFTEK is a reputable, growing roofing company with over 8 years in business, offering a family-oriented work environment. We are expanding our marketing team with the goal of transitioning this role to full-time. **The Opportunity:** We are seeking a proactive Part-Time Marketing Specialist to spearhead our online and offline marketing efforts. You will be instrumental in generating leads, driving business growth, and collaborating closely with our sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate new leads using online platforms (Yelp, Thumbtack, Google My Business). * Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, maintaining customer engagement. * Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads, follow up, and support sales closures (commission eligible). * Re-engage and convert past leads into new customers. * Identify, schedule, and coordinate marketing opportunities at local events (e.g., festivals, home shows). * Provide website content, optimize for lead generation, and track marketing performance and spending. * Research local networking events and lead-generating opportunities. * Monitor local storm activity to identify and provide sales leads for affected areas. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in online marketing, social media, and lead generation. * Exceptional communication and organizational skills. * Familiarity with platforms such as Yelp, Thumbtack, and various email marketing tools. * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. * Prior experience in the roofing or home services industry is preferred. **Job Details:** * **Position Type:** 1099 Contract * **Hours:** Approximately 15 hours per week to start, with potential for full-time growth. * **Compensation:** $40 per hour, plus commission based on closed sales. * **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (primarily remote with one day per week in the McLean, VA office). * **Commute/Relocation:** Must be able to commute to McLean, VA. Relocation required before start if not local.
