Job Description
Oversee healthcare accreditation compliance, advise on policies, and support program management for quality improvement initiatives.
This role supports healthcare operations by ensuring compliance with standards, advising on policies, and assisting with program improvements. If you have a background in healthcare operations, data management, or systems analysis, and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure adherence to healthcare accreditation standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with internal and external parties to implement efficient business processes.
* Provide expert advice to stakeholders on healthcare standards of care, policies, and proposals.
* Assist leadership with quality improvement initiatives and healthcare program inspections.
**Required Qualifications:**
* One year of specialized experience, typically at an NH-02 federal service level, which includes:
* Experience with healthcare accreditation standards and compliance determination.
* Collaboration on implementing business processes with various stakeholders.
* Advising on standards of care, policies, or proposals within healthcare.
* Assisting leadership with quality improvement or healthcare program inspections.
* Ability to obtain Program Management certification within 48 months of hire.
* Meet all applicable DoD Acquisition Workforce requirements.
* Demonstrated competencies in:
* Health Systems Analysis
* Health Systems Data Management
* Healthcare Operations Administration
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, business, program management, or a related field.
* Experience assisting with managing cost, schedule, and performance issues for healthcare programs.
* Familiarity with acquiring and managing resources (personnel, equipment).
* Experience with policy and procedure management to ensure efficient program operations.
* Participation in work teams focused on healthcare management goals.
